Thank you for wanting to sign up for Neighbors United 2019! This annual event is back for its 4th year of bringing community members, organizations, and businesses together for a day of volunteering together!
Organized by the Young Professionals of Goddard, this year's Neighbor's United promises to be the best one yet! We are so excited that you want to join our amazing volunteer team to help bring as much good as we can to the folks in our community.
The 4th Annual Neighbors United event will take place Saturday, April 27, 2019!
7:30-8:00am Gather at the Goddard District Stadium for Registration and Breakfast (West of Goddard High School)
8:00 Announcements and group picture at the Goddard District Stadium
8:20-ish Head out to project sites
8:30-12:00 Work
12:00 Noon Lunch at Pathway Church of Goddard
Child care is available for children 6 months through 9 years of age. Child care drop-off is 7:00am to 7:45am at Pathway Church of Goddard. Once you have your child(ren) checked in, head over to the Goddard District Stadium for the above announcements. Please wear work clothes and shoes; we will provide a t-shirt for you to wear that day. We will have some work gloves, but please feel free to bring your own.
We may contact some volunteers before April 27 to coordinate specific tasks and tools.
Note: All participants will need to sign and submit a Warning of Risk, Waiver, Release of All Claims Agreement. If a participant is under 18 years of age, written permission from a legal guardian is required. These forms can be downloaded from the Neighbors United website: www.neighborsunitedgoddard.com.
