PLEASE NOTE VENDOR and FOOD TRUCK SPACES ARE SOLD OUT FOR 2024. You can continue to register to join the waiting list. All Vendor fees for those with spaces must be paid by Sept. 27 or that space will be given to the first on the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, you will receive an email if you have been placed in a vendor space.
Thank you for registering to participate in the Goddard Fall Festival 2024.
The 2024 Goddard Fall Festival will be held on Thursday, October 11 - Sunday, October 13. Vendors activities will only take place on Saturday, October 12 beginning at 8am and concluding Saturday at 5pm (with the exception of Food Trucks and vendors who make special arrangements with the Goddard Chamber).
Vendor activities will take place along Main Street, Santa Fe and in Linear Park.
PLEASE NOTE: Booth space will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments will NOT be accepted the day of the Festival.. If you represent a business that only allows one affiliate at each event, you must pay your registration at least one week in advance as there is often a waiting list.
Vendor booths will start at Santa Fe and Main with #1 on the East side of the street. Vendors you can now select your own booth space! Please keep in mind that booth numbers and locations are not exact and may be adjusted due to various factors. When selecting your space please note that this is only meant to be a guide.
Price will be added once you select booth location. Please note booth costs vary on location and by adding additional services. If you would like more than one space you can select two spaces. Please do not select Food Truck locations for vendor booths.
Booth location is not guaranteed and booths must be paid in full to reserve requested location. We will do our best to accommodate booth selections, but please keep in mind that being an outside event there is always the chance of obstructions, which may shift the booth locations.
Booth and Food Truck payments must be made IN FULL by Friday, September 27. All booth registrations not paid in full will be canceled and the space will be given to the next vendor on the waiting list.
Food Trucks: Please select a Food Truck option in the vendor booth selection (ORANGE BOXES). Food Truck spaces are not reserved and will be first come first served. Please do not select a vendor booth if you intend to bring a Food Truck.
Please note: No Tables, Tents, Chairs or electric cords will be provided.
No refunds will not be issued for any reason. All outstanding invoices for previous events (including no shows) must be paid before booth space will be confirmed.
Set up: Traffic will be blocked on Main Street from 2nd Street at 8am Saturday, Oct. 12.
Vendor deliveries (which need to be made by vehicle) need to be completed before 7:45am on Saturday, Oct. 12.
Check In: All vendors (with the exception of Food Trucks) must enter onto Main Street from the North (Kellogg - US 54).
Check in will be as you enter the barricaded area. Check in will begin at 6:30am. If you have not paid for your booth you will not be allowed to enter the barricaded area. All payment MUST BE MADE BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27.
Special Requests: Special requests must be made in writing by September 15. All requests will be taken into consideration, however, we cannot guarantee booth placement.
Responsibility for Loss or Theft: Vendors shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft or damage to property or work displayed and will not hold the City of Goddard, Goddard Fall Festival Committee or Goddard Chamber of Commerce for liability of such. By registering your booth, you agree to these terms.
Rejection: The Goddard Fall Festival Committee reserve the right to reject any entry into the Goddard Fall Festival for any reason.
State Regulations: Collecting Sales Tax at special events ensures a level playing field to all customers and vendors, maintains tax compliance with Kansas tax laws and regulations, and improves the local economy. Sales tax is paid to the retailer/vendor by the consumer, remitted to the State by the retailer/vendor and distributed by the State to the City and County where the sale is made.
Kansas requires that all persons and entities making retail sales, collecting admissions, and/or renting a tangible personal property in Kansas, collect and remit sales tax, even if selling only one time per year. This includes not-for-profit organizations that are not tax-exempt.
