Christmas On Main Street 2024 Vendor and Food Truck Registration

Ring in the holidays at Goddard's Christmas on Main Street,
"Candy Cane Main".
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH FROM 4PM-7PM

Thank you for registering as a vendor in Christmas on Main Street 2024!
IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION!

VENDOR BOOTHS ARE $40.00 EACH FOR A 12'X10' SPACE. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ONLY. THERE IS LIMITED SPACE.
FOOD TRUCKS ARE $50.00 EACH AND THERE IS LIMITED SPACE.
MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE!
NO REFUNDS!
NO SHOWS WILL BE INVOICED FOR BOOTH.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ACCEPTED ONLY. YOU MUST PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY! You can pay as a Guest, or if you have a Paypal account, you can log in and pay.

Vendor activities will take place along Main Street and in Linear Park on Saturday November 30 from 4pm - 7pm.

Check In & Set Up:
Check in for booth locations will take place on Saturday, November 30th at 2:30pm. DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 2:30PM. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY.
ALL Vendor deliveries and set up is from 2:30pm - 3:30pm ONLY. You must enter on Main Street, entering from the NORTH ONLY. (Kellogg - US 54). Check in at the barricaded area.
Traffic will be blocked on Main Street from 2nd Street to Linear Park on Saturday, November 30.
VENDOR SET UP MUST BE DONE BY 3:30pm. No exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: Booth space will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
No Tables, tents, or chairs will be provided.
Electricity is not available for vendor booths, please make other arrangements as power poles will not be available due to Main Street decorations.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued. No shows will still be charged for booth space.

Booth Payment can be made via credit card with online registration through Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PAY ONLINE. YOU CAN PAY AS A GUEST!

Responsibility for Loss or Theft: Vendors shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft or damage to property or work displayed and will not hold the City of Goddard, Goddard Christmas on Main Street Committee, Goddard Lions Club or Goddard Chamber of Commerce for liability of such. By registering your booth, you agree to these terms.

Rejection: The Goddard Christmas on Main Street Committee reserves the right to reject any entry into the Goddard Christmas on Main Street Committee for any reason.

State Regulations: Collecting Sales Tax at special events ensures a level playing field to all customers and vendors, maintains tax compliance with Kansas tax laws and regulations, and improves the local economy. Sales tax is paid to the retailer/vendor by the consumer, remitted to the State by the retailer/vendor and distributed by the State to the City and County where the sale is made.

Kansas requires that all persons and entities making retail sales, collecting admissions, and/or renting a tangible personal property in Kansas, collect and remit sales tax, even if selling only one time per year. This includes not-for-profit organizations that are not tax-exempt.
